Any resemblance to another
tutorial is purely coincidental.
I am using a tube by Monte Moore.

Plugins & Programs:
Paint Shop Pro X2
Muras Meister: Copies
EyeCandy4000 Gradient Glow

Open up a 700x700 new image.
Select a tube of choice.

On your Materials Palette, select
a color from your tube for the foreground
color option. Hide the background color for now.

Select your font tool & choose a font. You want
a chunky or fat font. Set your stroke width to
2.0. Type out a word of choice that fits your
tube. For my tag I chose the word PEACE.
Once happy with the word side, convert to
raster.

Image - Free Rotate. Rotate your word Left 90.0.
Make sure Rotate all layers is not checked.
Add a drop shadow of choice to the letter
outline layer.

Paste your tube as a new layer & arrange
the tube layer below the text layer. Apply the
plugin Muras Meister: Copies Wallpaper(rotate)
with default settings.

Now back on the text layer for a second,
Using your magic wand & holding shift button
down, click inside each letter with the magic wand.
Selections - Modify - Expand by 2.0.

Back to the wallpaper layer -make sure it is
the layer selected on your layer palette.
Selections - invert - press delete button on
your keyboard. Select none. This should put
the wallpaper layer only inside the letters & remove
any outside of them.

Duplicate the wallpaper layer. On the copy layer,
go to Adjust - Hue & Saturation. Set both to 0.
Stay on the now greyscale layer.
Now select your Selection tool. Randomly select
a part of each letter & press delete.
You want to reveal a bit of the color layer below.
You want each letter to have color & greyscale on it.
I have a screenshot to illustrate this below.

Paste your tube as a new layer. Arrange this layer
below the text layers and slightly to the side. You
want it to appear to be coming out from behind the
text layers.
On this layer, Go to Effects - Art Media Effects - Brush Strokes.
Screenshot below shows the settings.

(also here in case of problem with screenshot)
Brush Strokes Settings:
Softness 20
Brushes 80 Width 5 Opacity 25
Strokes: Length 10 Density 15 Angle 102
Color I used light grey but color of choice

Duplicate the layer once. On the original layer with
the brush strokes, go to Adjust - Blur - Motion blur
& apply the settings below from the screenshot.

(also here in case of problem with screenshot)
Motion Blur
Strength 75 Angle 315

Paste your tube above the previous two tube layers.
Resize this layer 95% or as needed.  You want to position
it above the other two layers as well. Add a drop shadow as
well to it.

On your materials palette, unhide your background color
& choose a different color from your tube for it.
Choose your font tool again & choose a font of choice.
Type out another word of choice for your tag.You want this word
smaller than your first word. Convert to
raster. Adjust rotate - free rotate - left 90.
Apply EyeCandy4000 Gradient Glow. I used Fat with default settings.
Position on the first word as wanted. Apply a drop shadow of choice.

Crop your tag. Add artist copyright & name of choice to your tag.
Save as png. Thanks for trying my tutorial.
