I am using the art of Rebecca Sinz using her tube Phoenix.

Plugins:
Mura's Meister Copies
Xero Radiance

Template By Me Here

Open up the template I have provided.
Hold down Shift D buttons to duplicate it & close the
original template file.

Select the black fill layer & fill it with a color from your tube.
Copy & paste your tube of choice as a new layer above the
black layer. Resize 75% if needed.

Select the plugin Mura's Meister Copies: Wallpaper rotate
with default settings. Apply the plugin to the tube layer.
Select the white border layer of the template in the
layers palette of your psp.

Then, select the magic wand tool in your psp. Make sure it
set to Replace with Tolerance 20 Feather 0 Anti-alias unchecked.
Click inside the white layer. Selections - modify - expand by 2.
Selections - Invert & then select the layer you just applied the wallpaper too.
Press delete. Select none.

Go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian 8.00 & apply to the same layer.
Duplicate the layer. On the copy layer, apply Xero Radiance
with settings: Strangeness 79, Charm 173, Truth 220 & Beauty 232.
Change the blend mode to Overlay.

Copy & paste your tube as a new layer under the white layer.
For the tube I am using, I chose
the one with the Phoenix for this layer. Resize 65% or as needed. I
did mirror the tube but that is optional. Position inside the white layer
as wanted.

Select the white layer in your layer palette. Select your magic wand tool
& click inside the white layer. Selections - Modify - Expand by 2.
Select the tube layer in the layer palette. Press delete. Select none.
Change the blend mode on this layer to Soft Light. Duplicate
the layer once & merge the two tube layers.

Add a drop shadow of choice to both the white & the previous tube layer.

Choose your font tool. Select a font of choice. I chose the size 28 for my mine & the color black. Type out a single word on your tag.
I chose the word Phoenix for my tag. Convert to raster layer.
Make sure this layer is below the tube layer.
Repeat the above steps with the magic wand to eliminate wording
outside of the flame shape. Change the blend mode on the wording layer to Soft Light.

Copy & paste your tube again. Make sure it is under the white layer of the template. I resized mine by 70% but that may vary for you depending on tube.
I did position mine on the left side of the frame this time. Now, select the white layer in the layer palette. With your magic wand tool, click inside the layer.
Selections - modify - expand by 2. Select the new tube layer in the layer palette.
Selections - invert & press delete on the tube layer. Select none.

Apply Xero Porcelain plugin with default settings to the layer.
Add a drop shadow of choice to it.

Now to do the background of the tag. Right click on your tag &
copy merged. Paste as a new layer. Move this layer to behind all of
the tag layers. Move just slightly to the right.
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian 8.00. Ta'Da background on tag.

Merge all the layers of the tag together. Crop to desired size.
Add artist copyright & a name to the tag.

Noise Filters

Open a 700x300 new image.
Duplicate the layer & fill with a color of choice from your tube.
Open up your tube of choice.

Copy & paste your tube as a new layer onto the image.
I did resize my tube by 93% on the new image - but that is
up to you. I also positioned the tube so the right side is up
to the edge of the image.

Duplicate the tube once. On the copy layer, rename it as
Main Tube. Hide this layer for now.
On the original tube layer, rename as EffectsT.
This will help us keep layers straight as we do the tutorial.

On the EffectsT layer, apply the plugin Muras Meisters Copies-
Wallpaper rotate with default settings. Duplicate this layer once.
Rename as E2. On the E2 layer, go to Adjust menu - Blur -
Motion Blur - 45 & Strength 100. Hide the layer for now.

Make sure you have the EffectsT layer selected in your Layers palette.

Duplicate the Main tube once. Move the copy underneath
the original Main Tube layer.
On the Main tube, apply the plugin
Noise Filters - Noisy Shift with default settings.
Change the blend mode to Soft Light. Lower the opacity to about 53.

by right clicking on the layer in the palette.
Select or hover on Arrange & Bring to top.
Click the layer with your Magic Wand tool.
Selections - Modify - Contract by 4.
Hit delete on your keyboard. Select none.
Apply drop shadow of choice to your border.

Choose your font tool & select a font of choice,
along with a color of choice for wording
in your Materials Palette. Type out a short phrase
that fits your tag. I used " And The Wind Blew."
Convert to raster once you are happy with the wording.
I positioned my wording on the bottom right
of the tag but placement is entirely up to you.
Be sure to add a drop shadow to it.

Open a 700x300 new image.
Open up your tube of choice.

I chose to use pink for my tag.

Now, hide the Tube2 layer for now. Make sure your Tube1 layer
is selected in your layer palette.

Apply the plugin Mura's Meister Copies - Wallpaper rotate to this layer.

Duplicate this layer & rename it as Tube2.

On the Tube1 layer of the tag, apply the plugin
VM Toolbox - Crystal Ball with the settings:

Add a drop shadow of choice to each layer except Top2.
Merge layers visible. Resize 93 & 96%. Add a new raster layer under the
merged layers. Fill with same color as the earlier Color layer. Go to Layers -Load Mask - Apply the mask Kristy07_Mask_49. Merge Group.

using her tube Pride Month 2021.

Plugins:

Mura's Meister's Copies

Xero Porcelain

VM Natural Splash!

EyeCandy4000 Gradient Glow

Preset Shape:

dbmmisc04

Open a 700x300 new image.

Open up your tube of choice.

Copy & Paste your tube as a new

layer onto your blank image.

Duplicate the tube layer once.

Rename the duplicate to Top Tube.

Hide the tube copy layer for now.

Make sure the original tube layer

is selected in your layer palette.

Apply the plugin Mura's Meister Copies:

Also apply the plugin Xero Porcelain with default settings.

Duplicate the OG Tube layer once.

Rename the layer OG2.

Apply the plugin VM Natural Splash! Default.

Go to Effects - Edge -Enhance once.

Lower the opacity on this layer to 44%.

Select your Rectangle Preset Shape tool.

Width doesn't matter right now.

On your Materials Palette, Hide the

Foreground/Stroke color for now.

Choose black or white for the Background

color. It doesn't really matter.

For this part, I took a preset shape called

dbmmisc04 & modified it to work for my purpose.

I drew out the shape on a new image 700x700.

Color black or white it doesn't matter.

Draw it out to desired size. Using your selection tool,

draw around the top rectangle. Once selected, right click

& promote to new layer. Select none.

Move the promoted layer to just above the below shape.

Merge together.

Now, apply the plugin Mura's Meister Copies: Tiling w/

default settings. If needed, trim off any excess rectangle shapes.

You only want 6 rectangles per column. I have 3 columns of

6 rectangles each.

Copy & paste as a new layer onto your tag image.

Rename the layer as Pride colors.

Now, we're going to fill each row going across,

with a color of the Pride Rainbow.

The order of the colors starting at the top are:

Red

Orange

Yellow

Green

Blue

Purple.

Make sure you fill each of the rectangles going across

per row (not column). Also, if you aren't doing a Pride

themed tag, feel free to change the colors to fit your tag.

Change the blend mode on the colors layer to Soft Light.

Select your Top Tube layer in your palette. Now, select your Preset

Shape Tool again. You want to use an angled heart shape &

set width to 3.00 Set your color to white in your Materials Palette.

Hide your Background color for the moment & unhide your Foreground one.

Draw out a white heart. I did 334x260 for mine. Convert

the shape to raster layer. Position the heart on the

bottom right corner of your tag. Rename the heart shape as Heart1.

Now, move your Top Tube layer so its inside of the heart shape.

Select your magic wand tool. Make sure you are on the Heart1 layer.

Click inside your heart to select it.

Selections - Modify - Expand by 2. Selections invert.

In your layer palette, select your Top Tube layer & press delete

on your keyboard. Select none. Add a drop shadow to the Heart1 layer.

Apply plugin EyeCandy4000 Gradient Glow - using Black Halo &

set the Glow Width to 3.00.

Select your Text tool. Set your Background color to white.

Choose a font of choice & size preference.  Type out words of choice.

I used Love Is Love. Convert text to raster. I positioned the wording on

top left corner of my tag. This way its diagonal from the heart shape.

I am using the art of Lorenzo Sperlonga

with his tube 67-3.

Plugins:

Mura's Meister's Copies

Mask: BST_Mask9

As far as I know, this mask isn't

available anymore.

Open up your tube of choice & a

700x700 new image.

C&P your tube onto your new image.

Duplicate the tube once & hide the copy

layer for now.

Rename your original tube as Shape Tube.

This will help keep layers straight as we work.

Now choose your rectangle shape tool.

Or you can use a circle one too. But for mine, I am

using a square shape which is found under the Rectangle shape.

Set width 6.00.

On your Materials Palette, hide the foreground/Stroke color for now.

Select a color for the Background color. I chose white but it doesn't matter

too much.

On your Shape tube layer, draw out a shape to desired size.

Convert to raster & position as wanted on your tube.

Duplicate the shape two more times.

Position the shapes in a row. I did mine going down the tube I chose.

Merge the three shape layers together.

Apply the plugin Toadies Motion Trail with default settings.

Remember your earlier tube copy that you hid at the beginning?

Now unhide it & position along the left side of your tag. You want her also

overlapping your other tag layers. Add a drop shadow of choice to her.

Add a new raster layer above the bottom layer. Fill with a color of choice

from your tube. I chose yellow from the tube I am using.

Layers- Load Mask-Load Mask from disk.

I used BST_Mask9. Right click the mask layer & merge group.

Now, C&P your tube again above the mask layer as a new layer.

Apply the plugin Mura's Mesiter Copies: Wallpaper Rotate default.

You may need to apply this plugin twice depending on your tube.

Re-select your mask layer again.

Selections - Select all -Float -Defloat - Invert.

Select the tube you just wallpapered & press delete.

This should remove all of that layer outside of the mask area.

Change the blend mode to Screen & lower the opacity to 65.

Merge the two layers together & resize 97%.

Now, select the 3 Squares layer. Choose your font tool.

Type out a word of choice. I used Vixen & typed it out two different times.

I positioned it above & below the center shape of the 3 shapes layer.

Merge the two words together & add a drop shadow of choice.

Crop your tag image to desired size.

Add artist copyright info & a name to your tag.

I-Decay

DCSpecial

Toadies

Texture of Choice

I am using one exclusive to members of

Creative Misfits Forum

Open up a 700x700 new image.

Choose a texture & tube of choice.

Greyscale tube may work better depending on

the texture you choose.

Select your preset shape tool.

Set width to 6.00.

On your Materials palette, hide the Background

& Fill color option. Choose a color for the Foreground color.

I chose white but that can change depending on your texture.

Draw out a heart shape to desired size.

Go to Objects -Align -Center in canvas.

Selections - Convert to Raster.

Copy & paste your texture as a new layer

underneath the Heart shape layer.

Do the same with your tube of choice but paste

it above the texture layer.

Position the tube as wanted in the heart shape.

Duplicate once.

On the original tube layer, apply the plugin

Mura's Meister's Copies: Wallpaper rotate default.

Now, let's rename layers to help us keep them straight

while working on our tag. I did the layers going down:

Heart

Main Tube

WP Tube (Its the layer with the wallpaper effect)

Texture1

Select your magic wand tool.

Making sure the Heart layer is selected in your Layer palette,

click inside the heart shape.

Selections - Modify - Expand by 2.

Selections - Invert.

Click each of the layers on your layers palette

& press delete on your keyboard.

This will delete the excess of the layers outside of the shape.

Select none.

For now, hide the Main Tube layer & select the WP tube layer.

Apply the plugin I-Decay - Accident w/ default settings.

Next, apply the plugin DCSpecial - Rich-n-r w/ default settings.

followed by DCSpecial - Borderfade also with default settings.

Change the Blend mode on the layer to Hard Light or one that

compliments your tag.

Unhide the Main Tube layer & add a drop shadow of choice to it.

Duplicate the Texture1 layer & move it above the Main Tube layer.

Rename it as Texture2.

Change the Blend Mode to Hard Light.

Keep Texture2 selected & select your Font tool.

Unhide the Background color option on the Materials palette.

Choose a color from your texture for text.

Select your desired font options & type out a single word to

fit your tag. I chose the word kiss.

Once typed, convert the word to raster.

Open up Mura's Meister Copies: Tiling. Change the Tile gap to 2.

Apply the plugin.

Select your magic wand tool.

Making sure the Heart layer is selected in your Layer palette,

click inside the heart shape.

Selections - Modify - Expand by 2.

Selections - Invert.

Click the text layer on your layers palette & press delete on your keyboard.

Select none.

Lower the opacity to about 22 on the text layer.

Right click on your tag & copy merged.

Paste as a new layer under all of the tag layers.

Go to image - Free Rotate -Right 10.00

Make sure the box to rotate all layers is NOT checked.

Apply Toadies - Blast 'em with default settings.

Crop your tag to desired size.

If you are not going to animate, add copyright information & tag name

now. Save as png.

To animate continue below:

Make sure your animation program is open. I am using Animation Shop.

Crop your tag to desired size & add artist copyright if you haven't already. On the bottom layer, flood fill with white.

On your tag layers, merge the Heart & Copyright layers together.

Hide for now. Merge visible the rest of the layers.

Copy these layers into your animation program.

For the animation I am using, I selected all the frames & resized it to 65%.

Now, on my tag image, hold down Ctrl button & repeatedly tap L button to get multiple frames.

You can keep track of the frame count in the bottom right corner of Animation

Shop. You need the same number of frames as the animation you are using. For

me, that is 25 frames. Making sure your tag image is highlighted, go to Edit & Select all

Now, go to your animation & Edit Select all - then Edit copy.

Holding the mouse button down, grab the first frame of the animation &

drag it onto your tag image. Do not release the mouse button until you have it

placed exactly where you want. However, if you mess up, just undo on both the

tag image & the animation. If you want to view the animation, while still working

on your tag image, just go to view animation. Now, go back to PSP & copy the

hidden heart layer. Back into Animation Shop & duplicate it

until 25 frames. Yup have to do that again. Once done, Edit - Select All & Copy.

On your animated tag image, Edit select all.

We want to drag the heart frames onto the animated one. Get the idea now?

Make sure to position the heart so it fits exactly as it did in psp.

View animation to make sure you like your tag.

Save as gif.

Repeat the above steps to add a name as well to your tag.

Thanks for trying my tutorial
