Any resemblance to another
tutorial is purely coincidental.
I am using a tube by Verymany.

Plugins/Programs:
Paint Shop Pro X2
EyeCandy4000 Bevel Boss
Mura's meisters Copies

Supplies:
FTU Large Textures by SilverMedusa
Tresemask00097 here

Draw out a 700x700 new image.
Open up a tube closeup and texture or textures of choice.

Select a preset shape of choice.
Draw out the shape to desired size
on your new image. The color doesn't matter
as we will be putting a texture on it.

Go to Objects - Align - Center in canvas.
Convert to raster.
Select the shape with your magic wand tool.
Copy & paste your texture or paper as a
new layer. Selections - invert  & press delete.
Keep selected.

On your tube closeup, resize 75% if needed.
Copy & paste as a new layer.
Arrange as wanted on the selection. Press delete.
Select none.

Merge the layers together.
Now, apply the plugin
EyeCandy4000: Bevel Boss. Use the
Bevel Porfile Flat. Default settings.

Draw out the shape again - this time
at a smaller size. Convert to raster.
Click with your magic wand tool.
Copy & paste a 2nd texture of choice
as a new layer & arrange as wanted on the
selected shape. Selections - invert
& press delete on the keyboard.
Select none.

Merge the two layers together. Apply the earlier
Bevel Boss effect to it.  Tuck this layer between
the two larger shape layers but sticking out
of the side partially.  Duplicate once & arrange as
wanted on the tag.

Now, Merge the three shape layers together.
Duplicate twice. On the middle layer,
Go to adjust - blur - gaussian blur 15.00.
On the bottom layer, apply the plugin
Mura's meisters Copies - Wallpapers Rotate
with default settings.

Go to layers - load/save mask.: Load mask from disk.
Apply the mask Tresemask00097 or one of choice.
Merge group.

Choose your text tool & select a text of choice
to fit your tag. Also choose a color as well on your
Materials Palette. For the text, you want the bottom
color box. Type out your text. Use the text controls
to rotate the text if you want. Convert to raster.

On my text, I applied the Effects - 3D Effects
Inner Bevel -option 2 shape. I then applied
a drop shadow of choice to the text.

Crop the tag to desired size. Merge layers.
Add artist copyright info & name for tag.
Save as png. Thanks for trying my tutorial.
