This tutorial was written
on October 11, 2019.
Any resemblance to another
tutorial is purely coincidental.
I am using the tube Pumpkin by

Plugins:
Mura's Meister Copies
VM Natural: Welder
EyeCandy 4000: Glass
EyeCandy 4000: Gradient Glow

Mask: AR315_CM_mask141
from Creative Misfits Blog.
I'm not sure which posts the mask I used came from.

Open a 700x700 new image.
Copy & paste your tube as a new layer.
Duplicate the tube once. Select the original
tube layer.

 Apply the plugin
Mura's Meister Copies: Wallpaper Rotate-Default settings.
Apply the mask AR315_CM_mask141. Merge group.
Rename the layer 1.
Duplicate the layer twice. Rename the two new layers as
2 & 3.

Hide the 3 layer for now. Select the layer 2 on your layers palette.
Select the plugin VM Natural: Welder -Default settings.
Change the blend mode on this layer to Overlay or one of
choice depending on your tag.

On the Layer 3, go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur.
I did a radius of 10.00 for mine.
Change the Blend mode on this layer to Hard Light.

Now, with the original Layer 1 selected, apply the plugin
EyeCandy 4000: Glass with the settings:
Bevel Width 45.00
Smoothness 75
Bevel Placement: Inside
Edge Darkening 30
Gradient Shading 35
Refraction 50
Opacity 0
Tinting 50
Color: White

Choose your Ellipse Preset Shape Tool
Line Style Solid & Width 3.00
On your Materials palette, set your Foreground color
to a color that will stand out from your tag. Hide the background
color for now.
Now drag out a circle around your tag. You don't want it
too big but enough to go around nearly all of your tag.

Select your font tool. Select a font which fits your tag style.
On your Materials Palette, unhide the Background color & select a
color for your text. I used white for mine.
Hover your mouse along the circle shape until it shows A) but sideways slightly.
Click your mouse & type out your text.
Hit apply when done.

Now on your layers palette, click the + on the Vector layer for the text & circle layers. This will open up the layers. Click the eye on the circle ellipse layer to hide it from your tag. Then re-click the - to close the layers but still keep your text visible. Convert to raster. I applied EyeCandy4000 Gradient Glow - Black Halo 3.00 to my text to help make it more visible.

Crop tag to desired size. Add copyright information & name to the tag.
Save as PNG. Thanks for trying my tutorial
