I Know Jenny
I was inspired by the song & message behind it. The song is Jenny by Nothing More.
It is about the singer's sister and her battle with mental illness.
So many are suffering & affected in some way by mental illness.
I wanted to do a small part to help out.
You can watch the video here but please be aware
of trigger warning with viewing it.

tutorial is purely coincidental.
I am using 2 tubes by Zindy S.D. Nielsen
The tubes are available at her store.
& are called No More & Her Protector
Plugins:
AAA Frames: Foto Frame
Mura's Meisters Copies: Wallpaper rotate
VM Distortion Broken Mirror
VM Toolbox Lift The Cover ( with Alpha)
EyeCandy4000 Gradient Glow
Open up a tube & image of choice.
Open up a 700x300 new image.
Fill this layer with white.
Open up a second new image
that is the same proportions or
similar to of your image.
Copy & paste your image as a new
layer onto the second image.
Merge the layers together.
Apply the plugin AAA Frames: Foto Frame
Default settings except change width to 25.
Click Ok.
Copy this image and paste onto your
white image. Resize the pasted image layer
only at 75% or as wanted.
Apply the plugin Mura's Meisters
Copies: Wallpaper rotate
default settings.
Using your selection tool,
select a part of your wallpaper layer.
Once selected, right click and
promote the selection to a new layer.
Now apply VM Distortion Broken Mirror
to the promoted layer. Default settings.
Merge the layer to wallpaper layer below.
On the merged wallpaper layer, apply the plugin
VM Toolbox Lift The Cover ( with Alpha) - default settings.
Hide the wallpaper layer for now. Select a second tube
of choice. For mine I am using an angel one.
Paste the tube as a new layer above your white layer.
Position on the tag so the tube will be visible on the
folded corner when the above hidden layer is visible.
Add a new layer above the previous layers.
Fill with a desired color. I chose green for mine
as it is the awareness color of mental illness.
Select this layer with your magic wand tool.
Selections - Modify - contract by 4.
Press delete button on keyboard & select none.
Select your font tool and choose a font of choice.
I kept my text color the green from the border but
font color is optional.
I chose the text " # I Know Jenny" as it is the
campaign the band & fans are doing to
raise awareness for mental illness. Feel free
to use text which fits your tag.
Type out the text as wanted & convert to raster.
Apply the EyeCandy4000 Gradient Glow plugin
Settings: Fat Glow width 3.00
Repeat once this time using the setting Black Halo.
Add artist copyright & name to your tag.
Save as png. Thanks so much for trying my tutorial.
