This tutorial was written

Any resemblance to another
tutorial is purely coincidental.
For this tutorial, I’m using a tube
by Helena Reis. It is available at
Dreamscape Imaging

Supplies:
Tube of choice
Blinds Mask by Monti
Here

Plugins:
EyeCandy 5 Impact
EyeCandy 4000 Gradient Glow

Open a 600x600 new image.
Open up your tube of choice.

Choose your rectangle preset
shape tool.
Choose two colors for your
materials palette. I chose two
colors from my tube.
Width set 3.00

Draw out a nice sized vertical
rectangle.
Convert to raster.

Now switch the two colors
on your materials palette.
Draw out a thin horizontal rectangle.
Position near the top of your tag.
Move this layer under the original
rectangle layer.

Duplicate the thin rectangle twice.
Resize one duplicated layer 85%.
Move this down some below
the first thin rectangle layer.

Repeat with the 2nd duplicated layer.
Except this one resize 75%.
Move it below the layer that you resized
85%.

Select your font tool.Choose a
simple easy to read font.
Stroke width 0.0.
Color Black.Small number on
font size.

Type out a single word repeatedly.
I used cupcake.
Convert to raster.
Position the words on the
first thin rectangle.

Back to your large vertical rectangle.
Duplicate this layer once.

Merge the three thin rectangle
layers together.
Duplicate this layer once.
On the duplicated layer,
Rotate free rotate right 90.
Move this layer under the original layer.

Now on your main tube, using your
selection tool.
Select around a small part
of your tube.
Copy & paste as a new image.

Make sure your duplicated
large rectangle is selected in
your layers palette.

Select your fill option on the Materials
palette. In the pattern tab, choose the new

image preview.
Fill the duplicated rectangle layer with the
pattern.
On the blend mode, choose soft light.

Copy & paste your main tube as a new
top raster layer.
Position as wanted on the tag.
Add a drop shadow to the tube.
2,2,50,5 black.

Now choose your ellipse preset
shape tool.
Width 3.00
Same colors in materials palette.

Draw out a smallish circle.
Convert to raster.
Switch the colors on the materials palette.
Draw out a 2nd circle in similar size.
Convert to raster.

Arrange the two circles so that the 2nd one
partly overlaps the first circle.
Merge the two circles together.
Duplicate three times & arrange along the

bottom of the vertical rectangle layer.
You want your tube to appear to
sit on the circles.

Add a new raster layer above the bottom
layer of the tag. Fill with a color of choice.
Apply the mask Montiblindsmask.
Make sure invert is checked.
Merge group.

Now to add a text or wordart of choice.
The font I used only did an outline so I
went back & filled with a different color
for the inside color.
I chose the text Curvy Cupcake however
use one which fits your tag.

Convert the text to raster.
Apply the plugin EyeCandy 5 Impact
