Position in cascading rows along your tag.
Be sure to allow some of your background
layer to peek through between the rows.

Once all the rows are positioned,
choose a different Stroke color on your

materials palette. Fill every other rectangle
row with this color. On my tag I used

Stroke as the Background. Choose a

smiliar but lighter color for Fill.

Draw out a square on the
left hand side of your tag.
Make sure your width is set at 8.00

magic wand tool.
Paste your tube as a new layer.

Click on the red rows ( or color of choice )
Hold shift button down while selecting to
keep all the previous rows selected.
Adjust add noise Uniform 75
Select none.

Select your font tool & choose a font
of choice. I used color black for my text

color. Add text of choice to the white
rectangle layers. Convert to raster.

Hide your tube layer for a second.
Merge visible the remaining layers.
Now unhide the tube layer.

Add a new top raster layer.Fill with a color
of choice from your tag. Click this layer

with your magic wand tool.
Selections modify contract by 4.
Press delete. Select none.

Add artist copyright & name to the tag.
If you don't wish to animate, you can also

save. To animate, please continue.

I was reading an article in Game Informer Magazine about Why people play video games. We are a big gamer household. But I couldn't help but think as I read it that a lot of the points it makes can be applied to
the PSP Tagging Community as well.

The article says that games help fill several real world human needs..that exist in all of us.The first reason why is a need for competence. Humans tend to look for control or feel mastery over a situation. People like to feel successful and like we are accomplishing something in our goals. Think about the last difficult tutorial or animation that you did. Or when you learned a new tool or skill in PSP. That sense of accomplishment that you felt..it's along that line.

The second need is for autonomy. We all want to remain independent and have a certain amount of control over our actions. Now we all know how opinionated and voiceful everyone can be in the PSP world. Yet we all want to be ourselves and have our own tag style... a true sense of SELF.It would be easy to lose ourselves and all create tags that are alike in style. Yet we don't. Everyone brings their talent & style to the tagging community and we embrace them for their uniqueness.

The last need is for related-ness. We want to feel and believe that we matter to other human beings; that we are making a difference in some way in the world. This one is probably the biggest one which applies to the Tag Community. All of us have made friends in the community. We all have acquaintances as well. Yet each person has a close inner circle which we keep closer than everyone else. Socialization is an integral part of PSP Community. We all want to share our creations & see what everyone thinks of them. To be accepted for our tag ability and for who we are as people.

The PSP Tag Community brings people together from around the world. By bringing us together, it allows us all to fulfill human needs, make friends & be creative.

My newest scrap kit Little Boy Birthday. Wow this one means a lot to me.
Inspired by my youngest turning 3 on the 26th. While I would design he loved
to sit on my lap & watch it. His favorite part is the red car in the kit. He absolutely loves cars so I had to include one. I hope you all enjoy! It is now available in stores at below links.

I finished another scrap I've been working on. I designed the scrap to match a tube by Lisa Victoria called The Great Zoo Escape. The tube is available at UYA. You can download the scrap Download Here

Please leave some love if you do :)
Below is a preview of the scrap. It doesn't show everything in it either.
Of course its for personal use only. I would love to see anything made with it.
Scrap is tagger size :)
