This tutorial was written

tutorial is purely coincidental.
I am using two tubes by Sheena Pike.

Supplies Used:
Textures by Tonya's Temptations

Plugins:
AFS Imports
EyeCandy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Mura's Meister: Copies

Choose two tubes of choice by an artist.
I do suggest using one horizontal tube &
a more vertical one.

For the beginning image, open a 700x250.
Paste your texture or paper of choice as a new layer.
Paste your horizontal tube as a new layer above
the one you just pasted.
Merge the two layers together. Make sure you do
not Merge Visible.

Duplicate the merged layer once.
Make sure you have the copy layer selected in your
Layers Palette.

Apply the Plugin effect
AFS Imports: Streaker - Default settings
AFS Imports: Radstrea - Default settings
Change the blend mode on this layer to
Screen or one of choice. Lower the Opacity
to 61 or whichever looks best for your tag.

Select the bottom layer. It should be empty.
Right click - Arrange - Bring to top. This will move
it in the layer palette for you. Fill this layer with
a color of choice from your tube.

Using your magic wand tool, select the layer you
just filled.
Selections - Modify - Contract by 4.
Select none.
Apply EyeCandy 4000 - Gradient Glow - Fat -Glow Width 3.00
Repeat once changing it from Fat to Black Halo option.
Add a drop shadow of choice.

Now, Open your second new image this time 700x700.
Copy merged the image we have been working on.
Paste as a new layer onto the 700x700 image.

Resize this layer. I resized mine 95%.
Duplicate the image twice for a total of three layers.
On the very bottom layer, Rotate this layer either left or right
by 15.00. On the Middle layer, rotate this layer the other direction
than the bottom one.

Now, take your vertical tube & paste as new layer above
the previous layers. Resize as needed.  Add a drop shadow of
choice to it as well.

Choose your font tool. Choose a font of choice that fits your tag.
Type out a word of choice. I chose the word Spring.
Apply the plugin Mura's Meister: Copies
Tiling. Be sure to change the tile gap to 2 to give proper
 spacing between each word. You can adjust as wanted on this.
Click Ok. This should give you lines of words across your image.

Paste a second texture as a new layer. Move it to below the previous layers.
Also move the words layer to above the texture you just moved.
Change the blend mode on the words layer to Overlay.
Merge the two layers together.

Apply the mask RR_MaskSet61_Mask4 to this layer.
Merge group.
Merge all of the layers together. Resize 95%.
Crop your tag to desired size. Add artist Copyright
& name for tag.
Save as png. Thanks for trying my tutorial.
