I started this last night & it wasn't originally going

to include a photo of myself..but the muse thought it should.

My fairy was right. Yup the beautiful lady in this tag

is myself. It was taken last August on a trip to

Vegas for a boudoir session. I was channeling my

inner goddess with this particular outfit.

Society tries its hardest to tear us women down.

It tries to make us feel like we are never good enough no

matter what we do. We don't have to listen ladies.

We can determine how we feel about ourselves.

And I am choosing to love myself. That while

I am not perfect, I am perfectly me. Our bodies

& our minds do a lot for us. Shouldn't we control

the narrative we tell ourselves? The scrap kit I used

is by Cutie Pie Scraps & is called Self-Love

 Its such a pretty scrap

& perfect for designing with a self love them.

CT tag featuring the absolutely adorable

art of Queen Uriel using her Frankie Bride tube.

I commissioned her during one of her Marathons.

Isn't she just wonderful?

I am also showcasing the fantastic scrap

Perfectly Imperfect Beauty by

Wicked Princess Scraps. Why shouldn't a

monster bride be a pinup? To get hitched or

not to get hitched...that is her pondering at the moment.

But she'll look damn good while deciding too.

And she'll have the other monsters jealous of her.

But none of that bothers her tonight. Tonight, her & all her

lady monster friends, are having a night on the town

for her bachelorette mash!

And I was glad she had the camera as a fence to protect herself, an excuse to be invisible. Cameras are a lifesaver for the very shy people who have nowhere else to hide. - Author: Pat Conroy

Scrap by Ladyhawwk Designs.

Life knocks us down sometimes.

But we can't stay down. No, we stand back

up & let life know we are tough.

That we are built to keep going

& are tougher than life.

Even if sometimes, we need the

reminder to remember that.
