This tutorial was written

tutorial is purely coincidental.
I am using a tube by Elisabeth Bell.
You can purchase this tube at
CDO.

I am also using the PTU Scrap Rose
small by Ladyhawwk Designs which can
also be purchased at
CDO

Open a 700x700 new image.
Open up your scrap and
tube image of choice.

Open a corner flower element.
Resize 88%. Copy and paste
as a new layer. Position on a
bottom layer of the tag.

Open a leaf/watering can
cluster element. Resize 60%.
Paste as a new layer.
Position on the open
end of the cluster. For mine, this
is the left side of the tag.

In your layer palette, move
this layer below the corner layer.

Open a standing leaf/plant element.
Resize 70%. Paste as a new layer.
In your layer palette, move this
layer below the previous layers.
Arrange on your tag so it appears
to be under or behind the vertical part
of the corner cluster.

Select your tube of choice.
Paste as a new layer. Arrange so it
is above the leaf/plant layer. Position
on your tag so it is where you want it.

Choose a round frame from the scrap
elements. Paste as a new layer making
sure it is below the previous layers.

Click inside the frame with your magic
wand tool. Selections modify -
expand by 5.

Paste a paper of choice as a new
layer.
Selections invert & press delete
on your keyboard.
Select none.
Move the paper layer under
the frame layer.

Drop shadow your layers
except the frame & paper inside
the frame layers.
2,2,50,5 Black.

Open a flower pillow.
Resize 40% & 93% once each. Paste on
the bottom left corner of the frame. You
want the pillow between the frame &
flower cluster layers.
Add the earlier drop shadow to the
pillow.

Merge layers visible.
Crop to desired size.
Add artist copyright info and name
for tag.
Save as png.
